The 2008 Endless Yard Sale will be on HGTV tomorrow night, Oct. 12 at 8 Eastern & 7 Central.  This is not your ordinary hometown rummage sale.  This is an amazing continuous line that covers 630 miles and goes through 5 states.  It starts in northern Kentucky and ends somewhere in Alabama.  There is something of interest for everybody.  Last year there were people from almost every state.  They come in their campers, motor homes and sometimes sleep in their cars.  Every motel and B&B for miles around are reserved a year ahead.  They drive Uhauk trucks and some pull trailers.  Last year an older couple from California drove a Uhaul with a trailer behind and was looking desperately for another truck or trailer.  He said he would make $10 for every dollar he spent.

I have always wanted to go but time and money never seemed to work out.  If anyone from gather manages to go, I hope they will post their trip with lots of pictures.
